Chateau Chaparral is an HOA Condominium park with 306 privately owned lots. We are located on the Arkansas River, snuggled in the Arkansas Valley surrounded by The Collegiate Peaks, most rising over 14,000'. 2024 HOA Dues of $760 and the Sewer Assessment of $595 ($1,355 total) are billed annually. Our fiscal year is January 1 - December 31st.
